Bring Int pot value in line with S/C D/Q

Hello,

Not sure if it was an accident or on purpose.
Int charge got nerfed from 75 to 42, while S/C and D/Q only got nerfed from 75 to 50.
Since melees can also add base buffs to increase their damage they end up at total of 83 for damage calc, while casters end up at 42?

Guess no one is playing caster small man, only stealther at the forum ^^

They nerfed haste pot from 17% to i think 14% as well. Not sure why...
