Hibernia - Phoenix Freeshard

What's been the RvR experience/situation like for Hibernia?

Out of my 2280 kills 1670 are Albs - 22 mids - 588 Hibs
I can imagine this being kind of the normal ratio for alot of Mid and Alb players for Hib kills

Hadrians is pretty much a task only zone most of the time with little to no action without task
(Maybe im playing at the wrong times and im wrong)
Odins is tedious to get to which is why I basically just avoid it completely

Emain is the hot spot
How are you guys doing it as Hib? Just run the way to Emain over and over again?
How and where do you play as 8man, smallman, soloer?

I'd love to play Hib again but it just seems like such a drag from what I see

There are many posts in multiple of the other forums (Hibernia).

Short answer, the low Hibernia population and the lack of Hibernia kills (from Mid/Alb) is because Hibernia doesn't enjoy to run to emain.

As a result, less and less play, and the ones that do are playing stealthers or small-man in other zones.

I'm a Hib. I played Mid for a few days with a friend and even made a post about how nice it was to be able to "port" to eMain, the heart of all the action. As a hib, it takes 10-15 minutes to make it to the action in eMain. Dying along the way, or as soon as you get there to a zerg means many Hibs just won't bother making the run. So, we resort to porting to Mid or Alb which is a ghost town.

I think it really depends on your playstyle. If you mainly go to Emain as an alb or mid, then you'll mostly just get mid or alb kills.

But if you roam the other zones then it does seem to even out, at least in the smallman setup.

I'm at about 5.5k kills and there's only a 22 kill difference between mids and hibs, I usually either duo or trio as a visible and a lot of the time with speed which helps get to some of the other zones besides Emain/Odins.

Hib sucks atm, there is very few action outside emain and the run to emain isn't fun, i bet if bard were more offensive/fun to play like skald or mins, maybe it would soften the issue but it's not the case.
I personally left hib because of that

I left hib cuz it is being left in permanent dumpster state by the devs, why should I be a gimp hib when I can be an OP alb rofl? The classes in mid and alb are superior by far. They did zilch to actually improve the crap classes of that realm. Well it is what it is, I personally would have improved some of the really weak hib classes but that's just me. Not a big deal just an interesting observation how alb and mid got a ton of love but nothing for hib. It doesn't matter to me as I am quite happy on my alb but it is interesting that they are being ignored so hard, the same thing happened on uthgard with hib. If anything hibs are actually weaker here because of the mirrored realm abilities and hibernias identity with group purge as one of their main things being taken away with nothing to fill the gap with that.

funny sindralor said he wants to play hib so they must have some good classes or why would anyone gimp themself, vw with selfhaste, champion bm and hero are all in a really great spot, it maybe sucks that ns doesnt have access to the celt class here and that ench doesnt have root but besides that hib has some of the best classes. Just no good solo class with speed like alb/mid has. Despite that its really just the runway to emain that keeps hibs from being the superior realm by far.

I'm curious as to what hib class you find gimp, solo standpoint or group wise? I find most hib classes are pretty strong atm. Also hip caster group is prolly the strongest group comp i've fought on this shard.
