Low level potions?

No there are none.
I always had a page of low level potions on my merch (Hib for 8g each) but it's not really worth the time.
You can ask in the trade channel or in the capital, maybe there is an alch with some minutes of time who can make you some.
What character are you doing first?
You may consider a caster first because they don't need any pots.
