Why are there no RR5 abilities?
Is ToA a thing here? What about Catacombs? Mounts?
I checked the wiki for all of these questions, maybe I missed the answers.

3. None of them. Its classic 1.65 with SI, and alot of QoL and custom changes. You however can be a shar, half ogre, and frostalf. They also recently added Darkspire.

In ToA, Mythic introduced some serious grinding requirements (leveling Artifacts, Master Levels, farming scrolls etc) that gave huge advantages in RvR to the people who were able to muster groups to farm these. Lots of people quit during this time, though not ONLY because of ToA, WoW had a big part to play in his decline, but the stigma lives on to this day.
Also, given the limited time and energy the staff can dedicate to this server (they are all unpaid and they do this out of the goodness of their hearts and wallets) it is much easier for them to support and balance around SI.
