It wouldn't be useless for every character that isn't a savage.
That would put savages in the same boat as every self buffing class.

svg selfbuffs cost life ^^ and not just a little bit tell me a class who has that too

LOL, life is easy to replace. That doesn't even compare to friar/thane/champ buffs now being useless.
