ShadowBlade - Special items - Phoenix Freeshard

I could need advice from experimented rogues : apparts form ROG items, what important stuff should I consider ?
I can compare with utility, be thats not easy to compare by taking into account the procs or special effects.
I know the importance of :
* Ice-Shadow Jerkin
* dragon shadow sword (debuff str/con)
* Beaded Resisting Stones (resists/quest)

What about :
* Cloak : Otrygg's Darkened Cloak ; debuff dex/qui worth it ?
* Dragonscale bracelet ; melee hitpoint buffer usefull ?

What items should I consider before completing with ROGs and craft ?

The dex qui debuff combined with a haste debuff is no joke for reducing incoming dps. I'm not 100% sure if offensive charges are on the same cooldown as self buff str/con dex/qui spec AF etc. I do know you need to have that cloak equipped to be able to use the charge however so you need to take that into consideration when templating.

Thank's for the answer Mavella. I'm wondering on the cloak, because appart from the debuff, the utility is not huge (70).

Any other special items you are using ?

i have the dex/qui debuff cloak and seldomly use it anymore...between buffcharges and especially the Legion-healcharge it just isn't that important

It will also be completely irrelevant when the currently planned changes to charges/buffs happen because the 20% melee/magic-resi charges will be the only ones worth using (outside of very specific situations where maybe the DA-charge or legion-heal are better. Dex/qui debuff though will not be worth it).

Oh really ? And what about the debuff proc str/con of the sword ? It will be still usefull ? I need to find informations on this incoming changes

The changes wil not affect the Str/Con sword, because it is a reactive proc from weapon. The dex/quick from the cloak on the other hand is a charge, which charges a reuse timer of 2 min with other charges. And information about the new buffpots and str/con and dex/quick charges are under planned changes.
