Hello, i have no knowledge on Templates and i would like to request the community help on a Template for minstrel (33 Stealth / 30 slash / 50 songs - Highlander ) made with no ROG . I have a lot of feathers . If possible i would like to be able to play both stealth and grp .
Sidi vest for the heal proc (its huge) I use SI quest bracer and SI quest necklace dragon melee ring (gives abla charge i rarly use) makes template alot easyer to template with one, two will most likly overcap stuff
Inventory: legion harp (i have mine in inventory for str/con) my slash melee with 4.0 speed with combine forces goes from 80dps to 97dps on CS test dulls lvl4 mp gloves in inventory AF charge Legion heal gem Inventory (less hassel when rechargeing) and ofc end barrel, and should maybe run 17% haste pots
rest is rog/player crafted. I use a 4.0 and switch to jybala or whats it called when i interrupt where dps is less important
It's impossible to build a unique tp for minstrel, because of rog's of the server. But the main thing, are sidi chest, SI neck quest, and use the weapon switch to cap qui and str if u interested with that. If u've many feather, and money to spent with it the template is not a problem =)

With all the various items u can get from feathers vendors , is it not possible to cap it without rogs ?
It’s probably possible to get a pretty decent template with the feathers / correct templates. But it will cost you a lot more in plats (or feather equivalent) then using RoGs...
Just look for high utility items (60-70+) in the merchants, pop them into LOKI 1.4 and give the oracle a go, it will work out your SCing for you given a bit of time.
Sidi Chest SI Necklast Heart of the Legion (heal charge) - jewel Dragon rings (heave stealth on them, if you are interested in this) Ring of arcane gestures(?) - has s/c charge (or d/q) Wormhide bracers are pretty high until i think?
I use a number of RoGs in mine (cloak, bracers * 2, ring * 1) the rest are feather items.
Host of these will cost you 15-20K feathers (3-4 platt equivalent) and come out at 60-70 until i think. (Or Less) Remember, you are I only interested in the ‘single line utility’ not the other, higher, one.
Compare that to RoGs where with a bit of searching on the marketplace you can get 60-70+++ until RoGs for anywhere between 1 and 3 platt. So may be worth selling some feathers for platts and using RoGs.
