Lag and skipping since new patch

Hey guys,

I havent lagged once on this server. I dont even lag on inc lag. Ever since the new patch this weekend I get weird little lag spikes and blips. The screen will also skip. ive asked a few ppl in game and they had same problem. Should i reinstall or has anyone else had this problem?

Tonight I did. This chanter in our group floated in the air for a few seconds. My camera blips to pov and back.
