Phoenix launcher issue - Phoenix Freeshard

Hi, I've got an issue with the Phoenix launcher, after clicking on connect it just flashes and the password field becomes empty. Nothing else happens, no error messages or windows.
I've searched for similar issues here but found none, because the launcher does not even show the loading screen.
Already tried to reinstall and patch again, it worked for 1 time only and then same situation.
Already tried to replace the phoenix launcher files, but nothing happens.
I really don't have a clue because no error message pops up so I don't know what is the cause.

Anyone can help me?

Did you patch to the live version of the game first?

If so, have you tried right clicking and run as administrator?

yes sure, i've done both, with a fresh installation -> live patch -> copy phoenix files and run phoenix.exe as admin.
It also asks me to verify my login (i have tried with 2 different networks), so i verify it and when i try again it does the same: the small login window flashes once and then nothing happens, and the psw field becomes empty.

Just to be sure i've also tried with a different PC and i can login, so it is not an account related issue.
Now i've uninstalled it completely and installed again, it's patching and i'll try again when finished....hoping that it will work, otherwise i really don't know what to do

I've tried everything and it does not work. It worked once after reinstalling all daoc and patching it but then it does not work anymkre after the issue happens again. No error message, nothing, just the launcher small window flashing once and the psw field empty.
I've also removed completely the antivirus: same issue.
I believe that there are some problems with the launcher when it tries to run Camelot, because the login check works (if I put a wrong username it gives me error) but when it should open the loading screen it just does nothing.
Please help, since the launcher changes I could not play at all and it is quite frustrating, and I'm tired of reinstalling it (did this about 10 times in the last 3 days and doesn't seem to help).

Now I've removed again the AV and cleaned the registry and it seems to work.
I use Bitdefender AV, and I don't know why but it has issues with Phoenix.exe file even when it is added to exceptions so the av should not block it.

If everything works fine now I'll just change the AV, keep your fingers crossed for me 🤣

No it does not seem the same, I get no messages or errors at all, the login window just flashes (and for a nanosecond a blank icon appears on the bottom bar) and the the password field becomes empty.

I've created a new user account on windows and it worked for a while but the issue has appeared again today after a few days...
I'm quite desperate I really don't know how to fix this.... Please help! 🙏😭
