Future - Multi-account in PvE only?

Is this something that has been completely taken off the drawing table? or is it something we may be able to do in the future?

/SMH why can't you people read the rules and either not play or live by them, 1 account ONLY!

Will not happen, only one account per person.
Mods only have a finite amount of time to moderate the rules and it would be a massive time sink to moderate this kind of allowance for the simple fact that you can PvE in RvR zones.
Any time they waste on enforcement is time removed from server maintenance, new features and balance

Also keep in mind that all the mods and devs here work out of the kindness of their hearts and are not renumerated for their time and any server costs they shoulder for our enjoyment.
Please follow the rules so mods don't have to waste their time enforcing clearly defined guidelines
