DS- respecs

Make pre req so its possible to trade the amount of feathers/BP to buy the respec or make it account credit.

So if you got a none grp friendly char either farm and buy it over time

Also, make DS respec stones actually drp in DS maybe?

i thought that too at start...but they are far too expensive to be rewarded as drops. Could lead to lootdrama, but more importantly, the difference in clearspeeds makes it too much of a reward for groups that can clear through reasonably fast.

Something worth 100k feathers or 50k bountypoints should not RNG-style drop from a kill-roll

to be honest, the price is way too high to start with, i stand by my first post ^.^
