Charges? Witch one you use?

As title says, witch charges are on your equipped gear and witch are the one you use from inventory?

weapons with offensive charges such as dd, debuffs etc have to be equiped. defensive charges can be used from the inventory such as buffs, heals, power etc.

From Inventory
Buff Charges (acuity,d/q,s/c)
Dmg add charge
Legion heal/power charge

equipped ; dd charge

I play SB

I have AF and Str/Con charge in inventory for buffs. My third Charge cd is saved for damage add. I do not use d/q.

I also have a second hands in my inventory with a 1500 range DD charge, if I should need it to interrupt. So I just quick equip it for use and go back to my normal hands. I don't have any charges on my equipped gear. SB TG chest with heal, rest is abla.

DD charge or DoT charges to snipe greys from a distance.

Acuity and dmg add are crafted? The d/q, s/c are the pooka mantle and another feather buyable thing?
The legion heal/power are rings?

Acuity and dmgadd and spec af can be crafted, d/q and s/c i only know the mid item names, they are different on alb/hib.
Legion Heal/Power charge go into the bracer slot
