So i'm on a severe lack of sleep, so forgive me if I didn't think of some "obvious" problem with this. I'm just a bit loopy.
So i'm soloing with my infil alt, and i'm having real trouble dealing with using my CS line. While distract is great, it does nothing if they are clustered together. So here I am, picking off what I can without aggro (and still constantly getting aggro) while using distract to set up my kill when I thought of an ability. It works in the same way Distraction does, just a little better.
1. Attract- The assassin throws a rock into the distance to attract his target.
Basically, you set your ground target within a certain distance (I think 1500 units would be good). You click on the mob you want to attract and use the ability. The mob then RUNS to the location to check out what the commotion was. And bam, you now can pull mobs from clusters and not have to worry about aggro.
Restrictions
1. Any monster that is attached with a BaF, will bring them with him. This would be to keep from exploiting named mobs away from their BaF guards.
2. Unusable on mobs over level 50 to keep from exploiting any kind of raid/group mobs.
3. While grouped, this ability will BaF as if you had pulled the mob (so if you get 2 BaF during a pull, 2 mobs will follow him to that location)
3a. Or make it unusable in groups.
This ability would help out a great deal with soloing a stealther, and does not impact other players. While all assassins can pull a mob with range, assassins are unable to utilize their CS line, their bread and butter, in doing so. This will give assassins the ability to actually sit at camps and pull without worry of aggro if they wish to use their CS line.
