Are there single line respect stones on Phoenix? Also are there any plans to implement respect buy?
I had a quick look around wiki and the forums but couldn't see any info.

line respeccs drop from the epic bosses (TG/sidi/Galla/DF/SH/etc....)
Fullrespeccs and RA respeccs drop from the dragons

you can buy respeccs for feathers too in the main cities

i am unsure if you can also buy them for gold/bountypoints


Additonally the newly introduced 8man-instances endbosses credit allows you to purchase looks- / stats- / racerespeccs for Bountypoints or Feathers
