Let me start by saying that I completely agree with a prohibition against 'AFK gameplay'.
Today, Clockwork made an Announcement stating that 'AFK farming (unattended gameplay) is against the server rules. This reminded me that I had recently looked at the Server Rules again after another mention of AFK gameplay being disallowed...because I had not remembered anything making that clear in the Server Rules. I even mentioned it to two other people and they both looked at the rules and agreed that it did not seem to be clearly prohibited.
The only reference to 'AFK' is under the multi-account discussion...
Under section 5 Macroing...it talks about macroing...
I don't really see either section clearly prohibiting non-macro walking away while a pet is positions where it is subject to attack.
I suggest making this more clear...particularly to those that try to read rules in a way that works best for themselves. Perhaps something like...
5. Macroing and Other Unattended Game Play
Software and Hardware devices that support macro functionality may be used ONLY if the macro contains NO delay, repeat, or conditional functions. All macros must run only once per key press.
Unattended Game Play: being away from your computer (often referred to as AFK, short for Away From Keyboard) for longer than 10 minutes while your character is set up to gain XP, money, loot or other rewards without being under your control is prohibited.

1.2 A player is not allowed to log his/her account and another players account at the same time.
1st offense: Warning and 3-day ban for both accounts
2nd offense: Permaban for both accounts ( If the second logged account was not involved in the 1st offense, the account will receive the 3-day ban)
If you are playing from the same household and one of you has to AFK for more than 10 minutes, make sure to log out of the game as you might get tested for dual logging. If, after 10 minutes, the test fails, the ban will be applied.

5. Macroing
It is allowed to bind multiple actions to a key, however, delays, repeats, and conditions are strictly forbidden as well as any other means that allow unattended game-play
1st offense: Deletion of all characters and 2-weeks ban
2nd offense: permaban of Player
