So I recently upgraded our guild house to a mansion and I realized that we are located in the slums. Lots of break ins and grafitti in the area. As well as shady looking characters roaming about. I think the lurikeens across the way were cooking meth in their little cottages. Pretty sure I saw an elf climbing down the treeside with a flat screen tv. Anyway long story short we were looking to relocate to a new area with less crime rates. Is this a possibility if so how to do so?

NO! Unless you create a NEW guild!

I spoke with benfalk on discord he said downgrade the house to a cottage(gives the mansion deed back) let the house get repod and buy new lot.

that's new, you really should research that before you do it, from what i read downgrading doesn't give you the deed back, up yes down no

well i can confirm that this is working as stated, i had a villa and wanted to upgrade to a mansion, 40p and needed another 60 to buy the mansion. I only had 60p so i thought i would gamble and try this, i bought a 1p cottage after taking 2 hours cleaning everything out of vaults and such. I dropped the cottage deed on the villa, and i got back my 40p villa deed and then i upgraded to a mansion with 0 problems.
