Shorten Valewalker Style Chains

Are there any other melee character with 4-part style chains?

That's crazy...who was drunk at Mythic?

Can we get the Live styles or something? Condense those style chains down.

Berserker could also benefit from the Live style revamp.

I realize I'm asking for a lot, but I also just wanted to show people that some of us care about Valewalkers still

While I agree that there is no need for 4 style chains...… I do really like my 3 style reactionary chains and the 3rd style is usually the killing blow. In all fairness the 4th style chain only comes at 50 scythe and there is no reason a VW on Pheonix should go past 44 Scythe. 44Scythe lets you get the 46 Arb red disease which is very strong at 20% proc rate and low resist chance. your target is weaker and cant get away, 8man assist trains love it. Also going to 50 from 44 scythe is not even a noticabel damage improvement.

This has been asked for a bunch of times. Don't think I've seen a response on it.

Grasping Roots to Conflag front combo is all VWs need to be perfect. Would make speccing to 50 scythe (ya know, the thing that defines them) even more valuable than just the extra defense penetration.

I wont argue with that, Personally I think that front combo was too strong and made is so there was no reason to use parry or evade chains which are suppose to be the prize styles. VW here are strong, they just need a better anytime style, just make the starter style better or taunting scythe better. But I do like my 3 style reactionary chains and never likes that they were cut down.

3 chain reactionaries are awful in rvr for anyone not a stealther. You'll never use them in large scale pvp.

The combo was strong, sure, but you still used the reactionary styles for the buffs/debuffs in pve.

Sure, we can lower them, but then the growth rate on all of them will drop significantly as well as the DD dmg amount and it will end up being a wash anyway.

Reaver has 4 part chain styles and craptastic anytimers,welcome to teh struggle that is pre 34 spec decent styles with dd's

Reaver has 4 part chain styles and craptastic anytimers,welcome to teh struggle that is pre 34 spec decent styles with dd's

But Reaver uses a 1 hander.

Way easier to pull off than with a slow two hander.
