Move "seems calm and healthy" and similar messages to the [Spell Pulse] chat

Currently, the [Spell Pulse] chat doesn't seem to be used by anything, and those messages make the [System] chat impossible to read when many players are around.

Changing this would clean up the [System] chat - which contains some rather important messages -, making it easier to read, without compromising anything but some Dev time.

This might belong in the bug reporter.

this all day, pls take some of the spam stuff out of system chat. it has some important info but also has WAY to much clutter info.
