Nightshades, Skalds, Thanes, and prolly other classes all need very high util ROGs (70+). Can a parameter be added to Market Explorer to search for items by min and max utility?

I think the fact that you have to do a little work now alleviates that from happening as much.

Of course some player out there could put a 60+ util for 500g and I'd miss it, but for the most part anything 60+ will be going for 1plat+

Damn, I gotta shop at your house then lol.
I list 50-59.99 util for 200-300g, sells fairly quickly.
61+ roughly 1 plat
70+ roughly 2 plat
Those sell fairly quickly as well.

Hib house 5114, hib. A few others do the same but not many include them in searches

I sell for similar prices. I have sold probably 40-50 items in the last week or so for 75g each. All of them have been 50.00-59.99 utility. Sold a few 60.00-69.99 utility for 200-350g also. Not sure I want to part with my 70+ utility items at the moment, you know, just in case I decide to template a toon that needs them lol.
I do have a 92 utility cloak that I wouldn't mind selling though...
In regards to the original idea: I am for it, because I am massively lazy, and being able to search immediately would be very convenient.

(and since you're auth via forum you could even consider buying from it (I'm having Diablo3 in mind), but that's another security issue, and just the cherry on top of the cake)
