too bad that RA is too expensive for what it does and when you'll use it, while at the same time Vanish is two time more powerful and useful for a cheap 5pts.

Vanish helps you escape from 93 people. MoC helps you kill 93 people. Excellent logic I bet your teachers loved you.

Edit - Fun video brings back memories of the kill spam from back in the day. Good to see some groups being successful with some old strats!

How many time you have the opportunity to kill 93 people vs escape 93 people ? For a RA that you will use very sporadically you think it's normal to invest at least 15 points in it ?
Whereas Vanish a RA that most assassin use every 15mn, and can help you (most of the time) avoid a /rel cost only 5pts ?
You still don't see the point ?

If you can't see the clear difference between a mediocre defensive RA that still allows you to be found and disarms you for 30 seconds and a offensive RA that can scale to be so potentially devastating it allows the user to kill scores of people during the duration obviously your thinking can't be helped. Let's keep comparing apples to oranges though.

My vanish usage is primarily against the 8man teams that love to beeline across zones to try and steam roll solo runners who are semi afk. I'd rather deprive them of RPs than use it to escape any sort of close fight.

What is wrong with all these stealther ? Everytime you talk about Vanish it's like "stop QQ" and they always add (like they do IG btw) to try to protect their OP ra.
Even in guild channel we can't talk about vanish because it's irritating people.
Damn, let me have my opinion about that RA and if I don't like it let me freely express it !
And if i want to whine about something i will create a new Thread

Well considering this video is a clinic showcasing just how effective this RA can be in a vastly outnumbered situation in an advantageous defensive position maybe its all those other casters ARE wrong.

No one is claiming Vanish isn't effective. It's great at what it does. I'm not talking getting stealthers out of fights rather I'm talking getting bads butthurt on the forum.

The most annoying thing about getting vanished on is the 3 min disease. Feel free to reduce it down to 1 minute. I get vanished on regularly I suck it up and move on not cry on the forum. Quit whining.

MoC is wasted RPs for open field RvR, which is most of the commonly played RvR. It's a very situational RA.

Also, you don't just need 30 points in MoC, you need a full group to support you as well.

If your group is focused on taking keepfights and your setup is oriented towards that, yeah, it's probably worth it. In any other scenario, you've got 30 Realm Spec Points sitting there wasted for 99% of the time.

1 x Twiff 5 + 1x ST 1+ 2x Moc 5 = win.... if you can pull it off, and with practice you can bust pretty much any group with it.

It's not a waste if you coordinate the group, and while it might be a waste for PuG's it is absolutely not a waste for set groups.
