So what is the % per second on average on base weapon speed? Is it 2.5% per second like usual or tweaked? Meaning 3.0 weapon would have 7.5% chance and 4.0 would have 10%?
Also could a % proc rate be added to weapon delve so players can make more informed decisions? Especially considering there are custom tweaks...
I do not disagree here. Still,
Some things are fun left as the are, where people get to discovery these things toether and when your friends and enemies are dialed into a different way to understand a mechanic for the first time, they'll begin to adjust the entire meta game. It's really the most fun part about daoc for me. It one of the few things thats harder for people to ruin with a nerf bat. They might actually attempt strategy vs a mechanic if they dial into it and try some other means (phoenix has a whole hat full of trinkets reaidly avilable for feather cost.. many of us enjoy that style of development rather than knowing the numbers.
cause The fact you're asking this very question proves it.
And theres never enough thought after begging for a change to see the long term fail . or have the memory and insight to member. Team leads addressed alot of shit and compromised for balance reasons! Some ppl dont see when they havent got hit with it yet .
like why the hell do friars get strength increase as a primary stat ohhhh right. staff on friar was exclusively alatered to friar staff : dex / crush damage. Thanks team lead for fighting long ago for that . guess people forgot we settled with str as a lvl up staff on friars for so many reasons that people get to discover or just be upset for nothing. (perma floord by a champ can totally de;-.....) youll figure it out. and be happy u still capping the shit outta damage with all ur buff age here.
staves aint light, specially if u wanna lug a fewprocs around. But yeah, stuff we figured out long ago and people didnt pick up on i suppose. Miss those Team leads and reports!
All thats really matters is, therse lots of room to mix and match procs repocs, charges, buffs tools and a nice swap system for ya. and the effects you want them right near the hub.
