Am I bugged or are poisons working as intended?

Alright, so I have a 19 Infiltrator.

I have Envenom maxed with my level. So 19+4.

I can use the level 20 DoT poison (which I was told is not possible).

Also, my offhand poison does not work. I'm using the level 17 STR debuff there. And yes, my offhand is swinging and hitting.

So am I bugged or is that how poisons work?

If I'm using a poison above my level I can't use another one or something?

You know what. I also noticed that I was able to apply Lifebane but not the lvl 47 enervating. I will check again tonight.

do you have +envenom on the weapons maybe? that could be an issue

Good question, but I max Envenom without weapons
