It is probably because it takes time to swallow. I know for me I can't swallow big things faster than 5 seconds apart.

ok but i can use the combi buffs and reg potions insta one after the other
so it should have no timer for all or the new combi potions should have a timer when you use buff and reg

I have no issues with a 5sec wait between pots.
You really think you can dig out a potion from a pack and drink it and then get another in less then 5 seconds?

Combi-Potions have a 60 sec Combattimer. In fight and 60 secs after a fight, you cant use them.
