Sad Approach - Phoenix Freeshard

Hey there,

this morning i thought i wrote my thoughts on the uthgard forums. I saw they have in average 40-50 ppl playing and that this must be sad for them.
No ironics or something, i played long years on Uthgard, with breaks but i was glad that a freeshard keeps the good old daoc up.

So i wrote that im sorry how Uthgard is these days, and that i several times thought about coming back. But not the slow old xp-gain is keeping me from returning to Uthgard, but the dependency to elitist rvr-groups, wanting you to have templates and discord, and you need a guild to get some rp, in starter guild your contacts are just to weak.
But i love being in the good old starter guilds and i love to play farm-chars, its so cosy anyhow. You can be afk, then do some kills and do something else then, no one wants you for this or that. Means: On Uthgard i was doomed to get 2-3k rp from thidranki, not more.
And thats why i stay here.
And i wrote that Phoenix is fun and Uthgard is depth, with all the quests and that they even cannot imagine how much fun it is to play a necromancer with wild power 7 or a bonedancer- bone army with melee pets and wild minion 7.
And that i still love Uthgard.

Was this a worse posting, trolling or something ?

Well, a few hours later my post was deleted and my ip banned for the forums.
A polite message to a GM was without answer.

Seems their nerves are very stressed actually.
And i think about getting divorced.

Another possibility is that the text wall Valfar tried to post somehow bogged down the forum server, and it could only correct itself by deleting the thread and banning the author out of self preservation.

Honestly though...they're pretty chill about content... just don't spell out the name...I'm guessing putting the word "Phoenix" right in the title got a ban...also...didn't you do the same thread a few weeks ago? Maybe they asked you to stop posting about 'The server that shall not be named'?

Believe it or not, we respect Uthgard a lot as most of the team spent many, many, many years on Uthgard as players and for all the hard work they did. As this topic is only bringing up insults and toxicity, im going to lock it.
