Double the time between it's nukes. It's kind of dumb that a pet that can be charmed can run around and perma nuke you every 5 seconds for 100-110 damage as an instant cast.

On live the DD does 150-200+ damage, is instant, around 1500 range and is AOE. Has always been like this.

Also frost stallions can con up to 59 on live.

This is the correct behavior, and should be restored unless there is documentation for a nerf.
