Would like a API of the items on merchants, so you can browse at work and spend your day optimizing that template, so you can go home and be more efficient.

sort capabilites like utility, skill and stats and so on.

a little like WoW Auction Hall, but not possible to buy anything via API

Too lazy to retype this explanation again, but i made a comment why i believe such a thing to be bad just this morning in this thread:

Your Idea takes it even further and allows skripts to scan the market and alert their owners to "deals" that have been posted, so they can scoop them up ASAP

Sepplord I answered your other thread and why its not a bad idea and why you cant kill the market with rogs.
Its basic supply and demand. The supply is high and gets higher by the minute. The demand gets less by the minute.
The more people that temps up the less people will be interested in the items that floods the market.

There is also that people are utility blind.
A 70+ utility can be worthless to some and worth something to others, depending on how it fits their template and what they save to use it in other areas.
What you want and what you really need is how to select those that fits your template, no matter if its utility 10 or 200. If it fits the template it has value and worth.
And the current interface is useless for that and going through 800 items is very frustrating and soon you will have 20,000 items.
You get more and more on the market every day, not less.

You mean a free market? Anyway, it would be cool to incorporate templating software and an API like this.

Yes, i mean like a "free" market...

I know some people get a hardon for everything that sounds like freedom, but there is a reason that most industrialized nations heavily regulate their markets to reduce exploitation.

Way too exploitable for automatic scanning imho. Some individual players with too much time on their hand will take advantage of this and rip off the others.
Better sorting options would be awesome though (search for multiple resists on an item at once for example), but that will decimate the bargains

But it's not that bad anyway. I already made some templates and searched for maybe about 15 minutes for each character to fill up some slots with suitable ROGs. If someone wants to play an economy simulator there are better options.
