Hib Pierce - Where is the BMF??

Hi. Currently maining 50NS, and im seeing a huge trend of hib stealthers going slash to get neutral dmg vs other sneaks, plus way higher PA´s duo to slower weps.

It seems unbalanced that hib NS only being able to choose low str races, thus being "forced" to go pierce, when there are no decent MH pierce weps for higher PA dmg.

So my question is. Why is there no Broodmother Fang on this server? Afaik its a Galla drop, so whats up?

Well correct, its there, but cant be used by NS.. So Shadowblades get slash dmg, and Classes with Str. Same for Infil. And now we are left with Nightshades who can only pick 40str races, and have no decent weapons, compared.

NS, to be exact, bladeshades are considered the strongest assassins by far here due to having best armor/damagetyp VS other assassins and having an evadestun in bladespec that they didn't have on live back then (and even there bladeshade was popular to hunt down other assassins).

You also get DEX as your damage attribute for casting, giving you ranged-damage capabilties that are (imho) pretty insane for an assassin

I would give a 20 second mini kamehameha for 2.5 spec points, especially with a 6 second stun at 15 thrust and .86 dual wield buff.

I would drop the Ranger in a New York second for a Celt NS. It is unfair that currently NS starts 20 strength behind Alb and 30 strength behind Mid.

Me2, any tier1 stylestun would be nice 😋 but thats a different discussion and the main Advantage of NS is the slashdmg/hibleather in stealthers

I would not consider NS the best assassin by far. Marginally at best, but debatable. Well played thrust infil should beat Bladeshade at least 50% of the time (both neutral damage to each other) but infil is better on paper DAoC (more spec points, better race class, better styles (6second stun on split high DW spec or 9second stun high weaponskill 5 thrust spec, all same charge access)) with all RAs being same here. But SBs are in a bad place unless they are double swapping every swing.

Even with that they weren't on par, and re-dotting is nerfed/removed now (i agree with the nerf though, don't get me wrong)
But that moved SB from "probably the worst" to "the worst by far"
