AfK-Farming not allowed, it's in the rules. Or is it?

Update: Yes, yes it's in the rules. From the Macroing subsection: "[...] strictly forbidden as well as any other means that allow unattended game-play"

So a heated discussion popped up in /advice, as it is want to do, this time about pet classes setting their pets to aggro and going afk anywhere.
I was under the impression this was fine, as i did not find it in violation of any existing rule (playphoenix.online/rules).
However, Uthred actually chimed in:

Yes it has been made crystal clear that afk farming is not allowed but there are a lot of players who won't simply accept them saying no so they keep arguing in different ways as to why it is allowed.

Uthred has stated multiple times AFK farming of ANY kind whether it is xp or loot, is not tolerated...period.

5. Macroing

It is allowed to bind multiple actions to a key, however, delays, repeats, and conditions are strictly forbidden as well as any other means that allow unattended game-play

1st offense: Deletion of all characters and 2-weeks ban
2nd offense: permaban of Player

I know a lot of people don't like that it is under the macroing section, but it is clearly written here and say NO UNATTENDED gameplay which IMHO applies to afk farming since you are afk and unattended.

You do need to read closely or it is easily missed which is why I understand that people get confused.

There are other posts where people asked about afk farming though and were shown this and then they started arguing this only applies to macroing...

I'm sorry but that is beyond vague.

Does that mean just being full aug spec and not using heals is bannable? Does that mean getting PL'd is bannable? Does that mean making a half hour craft queue is bannable? Does that mean simply going afk for 20 minutes is bannable?

How long is considered AFK? 3 seconds? 3 minutes? 10 minutes? Half an hour? Can I take a piss, or can I bake a turkey?

Vague rules are just player traps. Leads to the "we like you so we don't ban you, but we hate you so we ban you" crap. By the way the rules read simply making a BD is a bannable offense. Because making a BD "allows unattended game-play" Heads up all BD's getting banned as per rules.

/facepalm

So can we get some clarification? Is it against the rules to make a BD? Cause it kind of says it is.
