Defense priorities / sequence

IIRC, first is the check for evade, then parry and then block, is that correct? Would guard be checked before that sequence?

That sequence kinda suucks for alb since tanks dont get off parry reactionarys in any of the autotrained lines,for reaver too the gold is in off block not the insanely unsatisfying 3 part off parry chain. just saying wouldnt mind shield before parry..for just shield users in general.
