This is killing duo/solo/small man visible action. I'm currently playing mid (I have 2 50s in hib, alb is next) and duoing with my brothers skald is becoming more and more depressing. This isnt some flat plain where we can instantly back track when we roll up on a grp of hibs. By the time we can turn to run, 90% of the time it's too late. To be reserved to instant death for simply coming into view of the enemy is absurd.
How can one realm be given an ability to negate an entire class from two other realms? And one of the most vital as well. That's like removing a healers ability to heal, or a casters ability to cast.
Please justify to me this should be like this when you look at what it does.
Instant. AoE. 2300 range. Breaks enemy speed but not the casters.

So this is the suggestion forum so here's mine.
Any of these will work IMO
1. Make it castable
2. Reduce range (I dont believe this is enough unless it was dropped to 1500)
3. Make it drop the casters speed as well
Something needs to be done soon. It's getting a little redundant to be on farm for fgs of Hibs. This isn't about getting good. You cant change game mechanics as a player. To say "dont get so close" is a strawman argument when you take into consideration the terrain and obstacles.
