Does anybody have any successful builds on how this can be done? BTW, I'm a Saracen minstrel spec'd in thrust @ level 49.5 atm. Thank you!

Generally speaking the Minst spec for "stealth" is Highlander with 50 Instrument, 33 Stealth, 30 Slash.

That's not to say it can't be done as a Thrust Saracen but Highlander has a bit more survivability and the 29 Slash style really helps with the fact that you have low Weapon Skill.

This build works great solo and in groups for the most part but a few things to keep in mind.
When you are stealthed both Archers and Assassins will always see you first, especial since you wont have composite 50 stealth till rr7. In fact, visible people will see you a lot times too if they are looking for you. Purge has a low cool down and lots of classes have determination which can really mess up the CC reliant Minst. Also, Minst is not really a melee class so if archers and assassins engage you first from stealth its going to take some finesse to overcome the encounter.

I really wouldn't recommend dropping Instrument to increase stealth or weapon as you will need all the tools it brings and you're very limited on skill points overall so there isn't a ton of wiggle room if you want to have high stealth. Finding yourself other other stealthies to play with will help a lot and is quite fun since you bring a lot of utility to a stealth group.

Hope that helps.

50 Inst 28thrust 36stealth - This would be ideal if you plan on grouping with other stealth as likely they are also 36 base stealth.

Or 50inst 29thrust 33stealth. I play this spec and main minst and play with other stealth just fine, but I do recommend 36 stealth spec. Minst really makes the stealth group, gives you speed to get into location, and the stun and dd interrupts plus sos really help the team. You do get spotted by assassins pretty easily, but with purge and stun and a team its made to be a much bigger deal than it really is. Minst has no problem fitting into stealth groups and exceeding, they really are albs secret weapon in a stealth group setting.

Since you picked sarc, you fit in very well with visi groups also. I generally find you would want Highlander if you plan on solo play primarily.

RA = LW1, TL1, Purge 2, SOS, FA, IP that will keep you busy for a while.
