Your account has no access to this game

Hi, I get this rather.. unhelpful message when I try logging in.

Things I did to try resolving the issue:
changing my account password as suggested by a GM
reinstalling the Phoenix launcher
reinstalling DAoC
rebooting my PC (yes I tried to turn it off and on again)

I can connect to Phoenix by using another machine, but would like to use my gaming PC for obvious reasons. Does the launcher drop some log files somewhere that I could read to try figure it out on my own or post?

I am not a Dev or GM so I could be wrong but from looking at similar topics in this section I believe that message means your account was banned. I would send a PM to a GM.

Do those in the opposite order if you aren't already.

If he can get in from another computer then he isn't banned.

Ah true, I missed that. They really need to change the error messages that appear then. The 4-5 other topics I found the exact same error message all the users were receiving that message because they were banned. Sorry buddy, didn't mean to scare you
