Reaver self Proc Wrong broKen.

Reaver self proc chance currently only 10% should be 40% .

Uthgard server had there's 50% for patch level

Reaver doing less damage then should and is harder to level up solo then should be due this gimped buff.
I got frustrated anoyed with this by level 7 trying kill blues yellows.

My Friar with life drain proc wepon is life draining more then a reaver with his self buff .

That can not be right.

No idea effects this rvr . Just frustrated solo levelling.

Proc chance on Nixian char build shows 30/30/30/40/50 % proc percentages. Phoenix is showing 10% proc.

There is already (or from this thread) a ticket made in the tracker. However I have to point out as I did in the ticket that these "30/30/30/40/50 %" are NOT THE PROC CHANCE. Don't be stupid, stupid. That's the percent of life returned from the lifetap.

Here's from the herald in 2003:

Google old reaver guides and they will be vague about the proc chance because they didn't know. If it was so obviously listed they would have reported that.

If you compare that information on the herald with a Lifetap spell it looks the same X d/Y%.
If you compare that to some other proc (VWer's proc for example) no big surprise, there is no % listed for the proc:

Once I hit 25+ I had no problem doing yellows constantly. Once I was 30 I was doing oj/yellow constantly with the buff pots and endo on the inf. I guess it was also not my first char and I could afford the 100 charge pots too. Maybe its really rough without buffs.

10% can not be right .

My wepon life drain proc on Friar staff goes off more returns more health and I'm not investing skill points

Both health returned and proc chance are suppose scale with skill points investments

Uthgard investigated this there investigate and findings have been posted in the ticket.

There is no way it was 10% proc rate

if you find any bugs or things we didn't get right, please provide DATA and accurate patch logs so we can adapt things accordingly.

If something doesn't feel right to you, we are sorry, but sometimes you don't feel things right.
