I don't know about everyone else, but I found /train to be awesome. Usually groups tend to start breaking apart when people travel to train/sell and I think this kept a lot of my groups together for a longer time, especially at the lower levels. Please keep this after Beta!

It will stay for what I understand.

Its awesome. So much fast leveling. Porting is great to. Full grp moved so fast from spot to spot.

We are discussing internally if and how we keep it after Beta at the moment. As soon as we have come to a result, we will let you know.

+1. It's awesome! It sucks having to go train and waste time during xp grind sessions. The group has to wait - pain in the butt.

Huge QoL improvement.

Needing to go back to train is one of the stupidest ideas in a game like this.

Make it easy and fast and life is good =)

It's a nice added benefit of not having groups disband on a regular basis. You aren't forced to go back to town every so often.

oh you can use that command anywhere? i've been wasting time going back to my trainer and clicking on trainer then using /train <face palm>
(though to be noted when i right clicked on druid trainer at magmell it caused client crash, didn't crash at ardee so not sure if it's a random crash)

+1 - I like it.

This should be fixed now (or happen a lot less often)

I'll add my +1 as well, our group that lasted a whole afternoon would have disbanded many times over if we had to break to train every couple of levels.
This is especially true at lower levels when you get new much needed abilities and levels come by fast.

i see no reason why it should not.

I like the idea of only having Respecs at trainers, and allowing the player to ONLY train +skills after level so they don't have to run all the way back JUST to train to get new styles for PVE. Keeps things really fluid! Put Trainers at PortalKeeps in BGs and Border Keeps Frontiers so players can ONLY train at the trainers for RAs.

This was a good idea overall. I lean towards keeping it in. The only concern are empty towns, since people won't need to travel there for very many reasons. However, if this means more people actually playing the game as opposed to suffering the unnecessarily and ridiculously long timesinks, it's overall a very big good.

I think the positives outweigh the negatives on this: /train should probably stay.

IMHO respecs should be the ONLY thing you should need to go back to your trainer for.

Who cares if people can train RA's in the field. Keep the RvR action going by letting people train rather then needing to stop the group because you have RA's to spend.

Less downtime, more pew pew. Happier community. This simple implement keeps groups together longer too, which rules!

Should definitely stay. HUGE improvement, HUGE QoL feature. Loving it!

Should keep this QoL for release.

Same here. Not having to left the spot for training or buying gear (ty ROG!) make leveling far more enjoyable. Take out the /train and we will have to do many travels (at least at low level) that bore people out, and make them leaving.

I've changed my tune. /train should stay after beta. The only reason to go back to your trainer should be to respec.
Thu 12 Jul 2018 5:17 AM by cdc
Wish granted.

What cdc said: We made another internal voting and we decided to keep /train after Beta. But we will make some restrictions to it, as there are ways to abuse it.
