Character Looks Change

Hate my hair, why can't I change it? It's pixelated to hell and back. Wasn't it free on Live? Am I doing it wrong?

Any advice, please.

There are a lot of serious issues that the team is working on and you are worried about how your hair looks?
You chose this hair when you made the character.

But seriously, the functionality to change hair is not currently implemented.

You can change it - I just changed my Rangers appearance 2 days ago.

Go select your character and change their appearance, then when you go back to the character select screen immediately log that character into the game to save the changes you made.

I thought someone said that worked for that particular log on but when you come back later the change doesn't stick.
