IT seems you have misunderstood what Takii explained...
The current system gives boni to mobtypes that are not killed much. The fewer mobs of a type are killed, the higher their bonus is. IT rewards going where not many people go and farm mobs.
The fact that humanoids and deamons are constantly at low boni, is because they are farmed a lot despite giving bad XP (compared to the high bonus types).
A weekly rotation would lead to what? The most camped mobs getting a high bonus and being even more farmed...The opposite of what the system is aiming for.
If certain mobtypes are STILL not getting farmed, then the game needs either more mobs of that type, or the bonus needs to increase even more. Not change the bonus away from that mobtype
