Verify Email at login all of a sudden?

The Phoenix login is telling me to check my email to verify my access? There's nothing in my email, and why all of a sudden? Please help..

i have reading your message in announce for the problem of email but how can i contact the staff at my EU time with another email with only the nickname ???
example if i want contact Cooky i cant put "Cooky" on address mail ...

Gmail dropped my verification email into the spam box. Try looking there.

Go to the Support channel.
Spend 2 seconds reading recent posts in the support channel.
PM an available Staff member (listed in the support channel).
Have patience, they are a few people helping hundreds of people that apparently can't read.
