i mean EPIC ablative or heal for weapons.

Procs & Charges
Procs that will drop in epic dungeons (Heal and Ablative) will be craftable. You will need the Phoenix Ash as special ingredient for that. The heal proc will have a value of 130 and the ablative will have a value of 150. These recipes will be implemented the next days.

noob question. Can you apply these to every armor piece?
so having 6x ablative?

yes you can! on armor ofc

cuz weapon epic seams are not implemented
