Cant login - Account not on file or invalid

Hi,

I try to login today and now I'm getting - Account not on file or invalid.

It was working fine 2 days ago, the only thing I can think of that is different is that I've been trying to get this working on wine / Ubuntu with no success (getting TLS errors).

I've created another account on my windows machine just to make sure, and I can log in with the new account.

How do I get my other account back ?

I have the same issue. I was able to resend an auth code via the website, and that fixed one account. But my wifes account has been locked out as well, and we can't get that one working.

can I get someone to update her email address? please e-mail me and I can verify toon names, account username and pass. I believe that the registered email address is incorrect. please help.

I also cannot log in, I am not sure how to send the re-authorization code that someone mentioned, assistance please.

While loggin into Forum you should have something to click on resend verification mail.

Hi there,

I have the same problem and another, I created now a new account to post here. Unfortunately I cant find the original registering mail of my first account. I believe this is a issue of my email provider switch at mid january. I can neither login to forum nor to game with my orignal account. Also I can't do the suggestion to resend a e-mail, my email adress is not known. Could you plz contact me via pm or mail?

Is this process only for new accounts or do those of us with old accounts also have to verify?

I believe, it is a problem of old accounts - and in my case a combination of unfavourable circumstances.

having exactly the same issue, had no issues yesterday, was unable to log into forums, had to "reactivate" my account...

can log into forums but cant get into the game... any suggestions?

** EDIT **
can get in - had to reactivate and it appears to have a work for the game client just had to wait about 5 mins.
