Probably an easy answer.. can someone confirm/correct these s/c caps?

Max imbue per item 37.5?
Attribute stat +75
Resists 26%
Skills +11
Hits +200

Yep, those are correct numbers.

Add 33.5 on 99% and 26power to that list as well.

Yes, and it needs to be level 51.

I am confused because in the wiki is the following note:
Spellcrafting
– Gem quality doesn’t matter for overcharging.

Gem Quality doesn't matter, BUT the Armor/ Weapon Quality for overcharging
