Strange color/monitor issue - Phoenix Freeshard

I am having a strange issue that didn't happen during beta. When I am playing the colors will change in game, and on my desktop. They will become blurry and extremely saturated blue. Like the saturation changes to an extreme degree. This affects the game, and everything else when I alt tab to my desktop. This is the only game this occurs in, and this did not happen during the beta. I have not changed my PC, monitor, or GPU since the beta.

Has anyone heard of this before or have any solution?

Sounds to me that either the monitor or GPU is going bad. Does this not occur when doing anything else on the computer? Try running a different game and see if it happens. That doesnt necessarily rule it out (as certain functions can cause a bad GPU to show up like this in one game but not another). I'm no expert but issues like this tend to be a trial and error process.

Unfortunately this is the only game this happens in. As an example I have been playing the new RE2 as well as Total War Warhammer 2 for a few hours the past few days, no problems at all. When I start this game, it happens within 15 mins.

The only thing I can think of is that you are running your GPU software with settings that are incompatible with daoc since it is such an old game. Probably some new type of shader that doesnt work with daoc. I'd check that. Could you post a screenshot of what it looks like?

The odd thing is, is that it doesn't affect the chat boxes or the bottom bar, they look the exact same. It only affects the landscape and characters.

I fixed it.

If anyone has the same issue, I had my monitor running at 144hz. I switched it to 60hz and have been playing without a problem for 2 days now.
