Need help about housing

So i just built my house and put a merchant on the side. I put some items in it and did /setmerchant. My neighbour (thank to Hugh) just told me that he can pick up every item for free.
I checked "use merchant" for visitor, tried without it and nothing change. Am i missing something ?

I believe the command is /listmerchant

By default NO ONE can use any merchant, enter your house, put or remove items on your merchant... etc.

It sounds like you set permissions for anyone to be able to remove items. Go back and check your house friends list, then check what permissions you set for each.
