Bring back cosmetic skins (just class specific CL5 and base ToA)

Went to the skin merchant as a caster to look at staffs. Was thoroughly disappointed. No tarts for my caster? Com'on now.
Bring back more ToA skins that were a staple to DAoC for so long.

Also, please bring back class specific CL5 weapon skins (e.g. no wizard cl5 staff for a sorc). Pretty sure EVERYONE liked this. Make it cost 20k BPs or something outrageous. Giving people something to work for, other than just RPs, is always good.

ToA gear looks wack as hell. There were plenty of threads during beta discussing the skin options, and at the time it seemed like most of the people posting preferred that players don’t have the ability to become indistinguishable clowns as soon as they have some BP.

If they do opt to put them back in I hope the most egregiously garish of the ToA options are exceptionally expensive. You want to be dual wielding 2H spears with a halo effect? Enjoy dropping 600k+ BP on that garbage.

What is a clown server? And what is wrong with people having toons look how the player likes? Are you also part of an HOA and like telling people how their yards should look? Control issues

I am in favor of as many armor and weapon skins as we can get. Every single ToA armor, and artifact skin (for appropriate items). All the champion weapons (Class specific), and anything else we can get. The more options for character customization the better. Just make them cost BPs as opposed to feathers, so then people will need to work for them in RvR, rather than just farm mobs.

I am ok with having them, but they should be limited to 1 reskin per player, so you have to be selective. They should also be very hard to obtain.

Why so restrictive, geewizz, specially with RoG gear that may rival stats of a piece of gear you can acquire again. Now if you suggest that it costs more to reskin a piece of equipment after the first time I may agree... shoot tho man so rough.
