The idea is simple, recruiting mature adults that can no-life this weekend to hit 50 or close, no quitters, no whiners, no afks, just 8 son-of-a-guns driving full pelt, pedal to metal towards a fiery common goal.
Usage of Discord is not-optional, this should be relaxing, like clockwork... you don't have to speak all the time but just so we can coordinate posthaste should things go awry.
I've found an old guide that has all the Mid/Classic and Mid/SI zones charted. We'd start at at lvl 12 which is the second SM AOE spell. If the group agree together to step off the gas a little bit and meet a few hours a night, that's also fine. But the main bulk should be completed over Friday, Saturday and Sunday - obv with organised breaks to change your nappies and kiss your loved ones goodbye.
