Keep Lord Difficulty

This is something we were discussing in the Discord today and was a big issue last night, so I figured I'd put it here for the Devs et al to see!

Keep Lords seem way overly buffed. It can take longer to kill the Lord than it does to get the doors open, which is really backwards to me. It just has soooo much HP! Once the doors are down, the keep lord shouldn't be the biggest challenge. Especially considering by that point, the other realm is very wise to the keep being attacked and are mounting a defense. Trying to kill the lord while being pushed from the bottom is basically impossible without a massive zerg which to be honest, I don't think you're going to see a lot of because there's a big 8-man culture here.

Please scale down the keep lord HP!

We had 4ish fg on the keep but bled out to attrition because the keep lord wouldn't go down and we were cut off from reinforcements and slowly pushed from the bottom. How big are you anticipating the zergs to be?

It shouldn't take more people to take a keep than it does to kill the dragon. And I swear I think that keep lord had dragon HP. lol

i dont have personal experience yet, but if 4fg are at the lord, and can't kill it reasonably fast, then something is up.

if they don't want him to die too fast while he is being defended, maybe give him additoinal defense when there are freindly players in his room.

Level 10 keeps are way too hard in general, much harder than classic OF level 10 keeps. It took close to 10 minutes to kill the lord with 3fg.

If there is a relic in the keep, I'm fine with it being as hard as the current level 10, but the guard and lord difficulty should be lowered for level 10 keeps that don't have a relic.

Good idea, if it is possible to scale them according to relics that would make sense.
I also felt like the keep lords are way too strong, and that it might have been to make it work with relics in keeps better.

But an undefended keep should be easily takeable by a single group, killing the lord shouldn't take that as long as ramming a door open
