error, "cannot write to debug.log"

I get this error message each time I try to log in with the Phoenix launcher. I ran Phoenix launcher as administrator and it patched fine, but after I log in I get this error message every time. Thank you in advance for any help with this issue.

To resolve this, please delete your log files. You can find them in your My Documents folder under the Electronic Arts/Dark Age of Camelot subdirectory. Be sure to remove the following files:

animnode.log
debug.log
critical.log
ui.log
world.log

Once the files are deleted, please try logging into the game. The error message should be resolved.

So Documents/Electronic Arts/Dark Age of Camelot/ is empty. There is nothing to delete here. I have tried doing a search for the said files and they aren't on my computer. Any ideas?

So I solved my own issue for anyone else who has this problem. My antivirus (Bitdefender) was blocking changes, so I enabled the programs and now it works.

Good find! I imagine that took some digging, but antivirus can be a pain in situations like these. I had a similar issue with the windows defender. The Hearthstone deck tracker constantly writes/reads from a certain file and defender was analyzing it religously. It produced a 3-5 second delay in the game anytime actions monitored in the client.
