[help] SC Template For SB - Phoenix Freeshard

Hi guys,

I would like to know which item I could use for my SB' SC? I used to have a SB on UTH*** but I am not sure what are the good item to use with SI now except the Necklace.

- Cloak: Silken CLoak / SI Cloak?
- Neck: Ancient Copper
- Ring1: Band of Ice / Flame Wrought Ring / SI Ring?
- Ring2: Band of Ice / Flame Wrought Ring / SI Ring?
- Jewel: Jewel of Deceiver
- Bracer1: Icebound Bracer / Any SI Bracer??
- Bracer2: Icebound Bracer / Any SI Bracer??
- Belt: DF - Any better SI item?

Please avoid all extremely rare item such as drake drop / tusca king / Legion etcetc

just FYI, you can buy those "rare drops" for phoenix feathers if you have killed the corresponding rare at least once on your account.

Featherfarming might suck a bit on SB (unless you build your own) but if you have other chars i don't think you need to exclude the Rare drops

just remind me what is feather farming?

We drop feather by killing mob from the List then you can directly buy item with it?

As example: 10 feather = Drake Sword?

Exactly, but more like 10.000 or 15.000 = drake sword

You also get feathers in RvR for keepraids/etc... but afaik if you need a specific item you are better of farming the respective mobs/areas for a few hours.

In Joirdheim you can take a look at the merchants, they are all lined up in front of the pre-throneroom/where the account vault is

afaik feathers are not tradeable, but the items bought with them are....so maybe down the road you will find people selling the items themselves

open your eyes for good ROGs they can be really powerfull! so no real need to farm feathers for jewelery at least

That's not how you build a temp on Phoenix...

1. use SI neck
2. farm rog jewelry, for a SB look for high 50s/60 util rogs
3. use feathers for the epic chestpiece (if you really want to)
3.1 craft your armor and use your feathers to get epic heal procs from an alchemist

For the items charges, you do not need to have them equipped to use them. You can use drops (Pooka lord mantle on hib as an example for the 75 d/q charge) or use a grey MP piece of armor on which an alchemist puts a charge on.
