Multiple IP Address (Travel)

I travel a lot for work. I will be using a 4G hotspot and hotel WiFi. I have a laptop for the road and a desktop that I use when I am home. I don't use VPNs or anything like that. Will this be an issue? This was a constant pain in the arse with Uthgard.

Just to clarify, my concern is about one player with multiple legitimate IP addresses.

You are allowed to share accounts here so multiple IPs won't be a problem.

1.3 Account security is the responsibility of the account owner.
Sharing accounts is NOT strictly prohibited but is done so at the player's own risk. The problem with sharing accounts is, that it makes it almost impossible to determine who is playing the account, and thus both players (and both their accounts) become responsible for any misconduct on either account. Be safe and just don’t do it.

Its gonna be fine, no worries. You can play from where ever you want to, as long you stick to the rules. You wont have any troubles by playing from different locations.
