No. Backup healer and peeler with nice chants. Solid addition to a group. Going solo while waiting on a group to invite you isnt bad either. Almost no downtime with being a warden.
Phoenix gives a 5% bonus to XP for each unique class in a group. Also based on this weekend and during beta a few months ago, I played a Warden and had no issues joining a group. With their taunt skill, heals, and utility, they should be welcome additions.

Even before they get group bubble ^^ At beginning they can heal better than most other classes, since Druids spec a lot in Buffs as well. One of the best support classes in Hib for leveling - as well as RvR.
