MOC and Theurgist Pets

Does MOC reduce the effectiveness of the Theurgist pets casted in any way? I would assume MOC would only reduce the effectiveness of damage and heals (maybe CC) spells cast while under its influence?

I tested during beta. MoC effected the durations of pets.
